If your Theatre Tokens are lost or damaged please let us know and our team will do their best to find or replace them for you.
Registered Theatre Tokens
If the missing Theatre Tokens are already registered to your account, visit your registered Tokens section. From there, you can cancel the Token and receive an e-gift replacement of equivalent value.
Unregistered Theatre Tokens
If the Theatre Tokens have not been registered, please provide us with as much of the following as possible:

Hic dolores maxime iste sunt est corrupti harum molestias
We will do our best to trace the lost Theatre Tokens and, if possible, replace them with an e-gift of equivalent value.
